Sponsorship Opportunity for RPHL Network to Participate in GHS2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Regional Public Health Laboratory (RPHL) Network is pleased to announce sponsorship opportunities for its members to participate in the upcoming Global Health Security Conference (GHS2026). This initiative aims to encourage the sharing of best practices, strengthen professional engagement, and highlight the contributions of the RPHL Network at the global level.

Eligibility

The sponsorship opportunity is open to:

  • RPHL Network Contact Persons
  • RPHL Network Laboratory Experts residing in any of the 14 member countries
  • RPHL Network Subject Matter Experts

Application Process

Step 1: Develop and Submit an Abstract (16–31 October 2025)
Interested members are invited to prepare their best practices using the provided template and summarize them into an abstract, following the guidance in the Sponsorship Information (attached, Slide #5). Please submit your best practices and abstract to Ms. Malina Ly at malina.l@rphlnetwork.org by 31 October 2025.

Preferred focus areas include:

  • Biorisk Management
  • National Laboratory Strategic Plan
  • Cascade National Capacity Building
  • Quality Management Systems

Please ensure that your submissions are aligned with the thematic areas of GHS 2026.

Step 2: Review and Abstract Submission (1–17 November 2025)
All submissions will be reviewed by the RPHL Network Committee.
Selected abstracts will be endorsed for submission to the GHS 2026 online abstract system by 17 November 2025.

Step 3: Sponsorship Confirmation
Authors of approved abstracts will be awarded sponsorship from the RPHL Network, which includes coverage for:

  • Conference registration fee (delegate, early bird rate)
  • Round-trip airfare
  • Accommodation
  • Stipend
