Hosted by the Department of Medical Sciences, it was attended by RPHL Network Contact Persons from Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Viet Nam, Singapore, Thailand as well as key development partners include representatives from  DTRA, WHO SEARO, FAO, OIE, IDDS, USAID, GHSA Action Package Detect 5, and the NIH (Thailand).

The Meeting reached in agreement of the prioritized activities for 2021 as well as identified leading members and key development partners of each activity.

Led by Singapore, the Meeting also brainstormed on the development of lab expert database aim to ease the deployment if needed.

It was agreed that the video conference will be convened in every two month; however, any ad hoc meeting could be done for any of pressing issues. Technical issue will be one of the standing topics to be discussed in the video conference.
