On 26^th and 27^th January 2023, Thailand by the Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health, hosted the RPHL Network Video Conference [VC] attended by representatives from RPHL Network, lab experts, and keys development partners including Clinton Health Access Initiative [CHAI], Defense Threat Reduction Agency [DTRA], The World Organization for Animal Health [WOAH], Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC Indonesia], WHO South-East Asia Regional Office [SEARO], Integrated Quality Laboratory Services[IQLS],The Global Fund and Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics [FIND], and United States Agency for International Development [USAID].

The highlights of this meeting include:

• Welcomed Timor Leste as a new member of RPHL Network
• Welcomed new contact persons from Myanmar
• Noted on a presentation —Outbreak Preparedness and support and training programs from Duke – National University of Singapore
• Discussed Annual Partnership Forum, Regional Infectious Substance Shipping Program [IATA Workshop] scheduled in April 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand, and
• Updated Situational Assessment for Capacity Building Development plan
