Under the leadership of Dr. Yongyot Thammavudhi, Director General of the Department of Medical Sciences (DMSc), Ministry of Public Health, Thailand, the workshop was conducted focusing on drafting the National Laboratory Strategic Plan (NLSP). The workshop was opened and welcomed by Dr. Supaporn Phumiamorn, Medical Scientist, Advisory level, on behalf of the Director General. The workshop saw participation from 50 attendees representing governmental organizations, public health laboratories, animal health laboratories, environmental health laboratories and partners across the country.

Led by Dr. Charung Muangchana, Dr. Khanchit Limpakarnjanarat, Dr. Sudarat Damrongwattnaphokin, and Miss Jintana Sriwongsa, RPHL Network Advisor, the workshop aimed to analyze SWOT Analysis and draft the key strategies for the National Laboratory Strategic Plan (NLSP), generously supported by the Southeast Asia One Health University Network: SEAOHUN.

The RPHL Network looks forward to the implementation phase, where they aim to actively contribute and collaborate in achieving the strategic objectives outlined in the NLSP.
