SWOT Analysis Workshop for the National Laboratory Strategic Plan (NLSP) 2023-2027
November 8-10, 2023 – Bangkok, Thailand
Presided over by Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Public Health and Acting Director General Department of Medical Sciences, Dr. Yongyot Thammavudhi, the Regional Public Health Laboratory (RPHL) Network, in collaboration with WHO SEARO, FIND, and CHAI, supported Thailand to conduct the SWOT analysis workshop for development of an integrated National Laboratory Strategic Plan (NLSP) for the year 2023-2027.
Participants include a Core Leadership Team representing Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MoAC), and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE). The event was also attended by RPHL Network from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Timor Leste.
